Such a cozy place to stay and so easy to get too! Parking in this area can be difficult however there was plenty of room for our vehicle.

This place is spot on - all the amenities as well as some sweet extra touches like laundry room on-site, beach gear, and a full kitchen! Great use of a small space. Very clean. The bed is a little on the soft side for me, but I was so cozy I still slept great! Awesome privacy, designated parking spot, and awesome host! Ryan was consistently very responsive and helpful! OB is a funky laid back hippy beach town that has it all. Be there for the farmers market if you can!

Staying at Ryan’s accommodation was a pleasure. You have everything you need, the interior is designed really nicely and creates a native atmosphere. The area around oceans beach is great, you only need a few minutes to the beach and to nice restaurants creating a holiday feeling immediately. Nevertheless you are in the middle of the city quite fast which relates into the perfect mixture between city and beach holiday. The communication with Ryan was easy and great, he also gives some great tips for restaurants and is always available if needed. The only small thing to mention is the noise of the airplanes starting and landing in San Diego. As the airport is really close the planes feel to be as close as well (unfortunately quite noticeable during the nights when you focus on it automatically). Nevertheless - our stay was great and we can highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you so much, Ryan. We would always come back.
