Apartment style comes with two bedrooms. Love the common area of living room and dining room, best for friends or family. Everything is perfect! Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Location is great as it’s near to the beach and yet secluded from the main street and eateries.

We love the place and location, coffee and spa are all nearby. They have security all day and reception during daytime. Room and toilet is clean but the kitchen is not for cooking as there is no seasoning as stated. There will be cleaner to comeover and clean the room and change towel. However the room facing the school will be noisy in the morning. The poodle is cute but will start barking from seven or eight am onwards and wake me up everyday. I dont understand why the owner want to put the poodle there under the sun all day and keep inside basement at night. Please take good care of the dog.

Nhất was a great host for many reasons! She was responsive and friendly. We booked the family room which contains 2 separate units on the entire 2nd floor. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a couch, dining table, and kitchenette. So yes, we basically had double everything lol. Laundry in the basement is convenient because there are multiple machines to use AND THERE IS A CLOTHES DRYER! It’s not as common to have that available in Vietnam and was a requirement for us (there were 5 of us.) Location is conveniently located near My Khe beach, the new night market, lots of small businesses and definitely a spot for expats. This is a great place for a family or group who’s looking for space and a bit of personal space as there are 4 bedrooms.

Very new, nice, spacious, modern appartement. We feel like home with the very warm hospitality of all the staffs there. Absolutely will stay there again and again
