We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a lovely part of Bath, very quiet. We were always able to park without a problem on the road. The Park & Ride bus stops down the road from the property, goes right to Milsom St, up & down every 15 mins. The place is very spacious with an extra room and huge bathroom, all on one level. There is a short flight of stairs up to the room from the front door, with one other similar room on the same floor. The Green room has the best view (front). There was a lovely local vibe with people using the bar & garden quietly downstairs. If you bring a dog the extra room is ideal and there is a small park/grassy area just down the hill, very close. Rupert & Oliver very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

At Ruperts place my stay was great at the Richmond Arms. Host was overall helpful however took no consideration regarding helping me getting the bedside lamps on. (not a biggie) The place was clean and as described. A little too much noise from downstairs bar however this had been mentioned in the advertisement. The rooms had squeeky floorboards which was a bit annoying however gave me an excise to get out a d about. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any couples looking to stay at Bath. S described the accommodation was less than a mile away from the city centre with free parking near the accommodation. Locals were friendly and would consider revisiting.

Rupert was very friendly and proactive in his hosting. The room was very well supplied with coffee and tea, and a bottle of water. There was access to a mini fridge where we were able to keep proper milk. We were in Bath for the half marathon, so appreciated the peace, as well as the very comfortable mattress. Bath’s wonders were about 20 mins walk away, but the climb back up the hill is not for the faint hearted. However, we are both in our 60s and coped! It’s well worth stopping to ‘admire the view’! We visited an excellent restaurant (The Herd) on one night and The Hare and Hounds the next night, which was also good. The museum at No1 Royal Crescent was fun, but pricey for what it was.

I had such a fantastic time at Rupert and Oli's place! As a solo female traveler, it's not always easy to feel completely at ease, but I felt incredibly relaxed and slept like a dream during my stay. The room was cozy and had all the essentials as well as extras such as a coffee machine and wall mounted electric toothbrush charger. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and Rupert's communication was top-notch. I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here!
