Landhaus Andrea is located brilliantly for skiing Saalbach and the heated boot room and ski storage was great. I will definitely be back next time we head to Saalbach for a ski holiday

Wir wurden herzlich von Melanie empfangen und es wurde uns alles in der Unterkunft gezeigt. Man ist schnell von da in der Kohlmaisbahn, aber auch im Dorf ist man schnell. Zudem ist der Fahrradkeller sehr geräumig. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch im Landhaus Andrea.

Schöne Unterkunft mitten im idyllischen Saalbach. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können nichts negatives berichten.

Perfect location, really close to the Kohlmaisbahn and the city centre, but still in a calm quiet street. A little expensive but really nice apartment and all you need with bike garage, wash etc. And Melanie was a great host, always easy to reach and gave clear instructions. Will stay here again <3

Warm, friendly welcom. Melanie (host) was really flexible and willing to help (e.g. arrival/check in- and out time) and was helpful in general. Appartement is clean and neat, roomy, well equipped and has everything you need with a functional kitchen. Gorgeous environment with a beautiful view from the wonderful balcony. Nice terrace with BBQ facilities. Handy facilities for MTB/bicycles (bicycle storage inside, tools, cleaning station). Really recommended.
