Mary is an excellent host. The home is perfect for a celebration weekend. The home is cozy and comfortable with lots of room for entertaining.

We were so glad for the tranquility of the place. We and our 2 puppies enjoyed sitting by the river, smelling the honeysuckles and watching the birds. We had homemade dinners, except for one night, and found everything we needed to prepare our delicious meals. Mary was super nice and responded super quickly to any of our questions. We will certainly consider to come back.

Mary was the absolute best host. She was so welcoming and gave us a ton of helpful information in advance of our trip and during our stay. Checking in and out was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the lake, paddling around in our canoe and kayak and sitting in the screen porch. Our main reason for going to Hot Springs was to see the total solar eclipse, but there is a lot to do in the Hot Springs area. There are great hiking trails and we had fun exploring downtown. We would recommend checking out the Fordyce bathhouse visitors center/museum. The Superior bathhouse and brewery has great burgers & fries, and the beer is brewed with water from the thermal springs. There are spigots at different locations, and you can fill up water jugs with spring water. We found a cool water spigot, and there are also hot water spigots. Next visit we want to check out Garvan Gardens.
