You live right near the attractive promenade and the popular sandy beach. On the Paseo you can stroll delightfully or let off steam sportily with jogging, cycling and on the inliners. Shopping, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Due to the good connection, a rental car is not absolutely necessary and a transfer is possible with a short cab ride. The best fish restaurants on the island, barbecue specialties or tapas can be found just around the corner and the nearby island capital Palma attracts with its many shopping opportunities and cultural, as well as culinary offers. A shopping paradise - with over 300 shoe stores alone, this highlight for the ladies is simply irresistible. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. Can comfortably fit up to 6 people

We loved our stay in Palma in this house. Clean, comfortable, all that listed was included. Super host, communication was the top notch! Even the oranges from the own farm was a gift for our family! I thank to Carmen and hope to see you soon again!

Die Unterkunft liegt gleich ums Eck vom Strand im ruhigen Viertel El Molinar und ist vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. 5 Minuten entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man schnell in das Zentrum von Palma gelangt. An der Strandpromenade gibt es einige nette Bars und Restaurants. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber, die Grundausstattung ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Innenhof mit einem Esstisch. Da wir im Jänner vor Ort waren, haben wir den Platz nur zum Abstellen der Rennräder genutzt. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das Raumklima: die Wohnung hat kaum direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und kühlt durch die schwache Isolierung schnell aus. Wir mussten im Jänner viel heizen, um eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur zu erreichen.
