Spacious kitchen with good appliances. However there was a layer of grease in the bottom of the oven that should’ve been cleaned and represented a fire hazard to us. Pantry filled with variety of non useful items and outdated boxes and cans of food. Eg Chicken broth had use-by date 2020. Small Living room has one 3 seater couch, one recliner chair, and one overstuffed chair with a huge ottoman, which was in the corner behind the TV and in front of the fireplace. If you,moved the chair anywhere else in the room it blocked the tv view of others. The lap blankets folded by the fireplace had abundant dog hair. The tv is a pathetic 30” or so, cant see subtitles from across room, which are needed as tv sound is remarkably distorted. As temps reached well into 80’s many days, the 2 small bedrooms upstairs were stuffy without a/c., cooling after mnight Plenty street parking. Garage filled with bikes and sports gear leaving room for only one vehicle. No remote garage opener.

The house was great, right along a walking path to town. Lauren was very responsive.

The house is in an awesome location. Great walking trails, biking trails, river access and walking to downtown. This get away is fully stocked, very comfortable and relaxing all while having great views of the mountains. We really did not want to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this rental is wonderful: it is the perfect home away from home. My husband and I stayed here for two months and hated to leave. The house is across the way from a trail along the river that you can take into town or in the other direction to two small lakes. The house is well equipped and comfortable.
