Top Notch Villa is an incredible spot! The stunning location and privacy cannot be beat. It's perfectly located between Grace Bay and Sopadilla Bay and is a quick drive to a great grocery store. There is a gorgeous and secluded beach less than a 5 minute drive from the house. The pool was beautiful and the views from the deck are mind blowing. Shanta was an incredible host and always extremely responsive to any questions that came up before and during our stay. We have very high standards and normally stay in 5 star hotels. I was blown away by how incredibly clean the entire villa was upon our arrival. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces were all totally spotless! The house also had all of the amenities you would need for cooking at home and beach equipment for days out of the house. The indoor and outdoor areas are all extremely inviting and comfortable. We would definitely rent this villa again! It was a total A+++

Top Notch Villa was beautiful! The views couldn’t be beat (even better than the pictures) and the location was very peaceful. The home itself was roomy with tons of places to relax, both indoors and outdoors. We hired a private chef and also had massages on the covered deck; both vendors were recommended by our host and the services were wonderful. There are some maintenance issues which were a little inconvenient, but we were thankful that our host addressed them immediately. Overall, we enjoyed the spectacular home and hope to be back someday!
