What a wonderful place to stay! Frances left clear instructions for arrival, and greeted me warmly when I arrived. I was shown the amenities of my stay and felt welcomed in their home. Ken, Frances, and I, chatted easily, and we could've chatted till we were blue in the face! 😂 My stay was short, our chats were long, and I will certainly be looking to book here again next year if it's available. Their home is a fantastic place to stay.

This is the perfect location if you’re going to visit Bok Tower Gardens-it’s very close to the gardens, which in my opinion is one the very top attractions in the great state of Florida!!!

Frances and her family were warm and welcoming. Loved staying in their room with my friend. It was comfortable and cozy and the snacks were a yummy touch too. We slept so well. Very quiet and the bed is amazingly comfortable! We enjoyed the little getaway and spent lots of time at the Bok Tower and Gardens just a couple miles away. A GORGEOUS and fun location (especially in the children's garden!) to take a little retreat and Frances and her family were the closest Airbnb! Frances was readily available if we had questions during our stay and very accommodating of changes in arrival time. I would stay again when I go back to the Bok Tower and Gardens.
