El lugar es muy agradable, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La terraza muy a gusto. La realidad supera las imagenes de las fotografias. Y Erika siempre atenta y amable. Con ganas de regresar!

Erika's casita is even better than the pictures! We were on the hunt for a house with a yard for our little dog and somewhere peaceful away from the noisy centro. It is definitely that and more! It is basically a brand new build and they did an amazing job with the design inside and out. You really can't find a place this nice in these parts. It is VERY safe and secure. We walked around the neighbourhood and felt very safe. Everyone is very friendly. There is a lovely restaurant about 6 houses away called Quinta San Francisco. We highly recommend it! You are 2 mins in a car from Soriana and Chedraui and 5 mins from Walmart. It is about a 7 min drive to centro in a straight line from the house! Very close. There are trees and mountains just outside the gate of the house and often has beautiful horses in a pasture right beside. Very very quiet here. No noise from the neighbours whatsoever...other than the street dogs barking every now and then. The kitchen is a little small for us but if you are here for a vacation it will be fine. We are staying for 2 months because we like it so much. There is no washing machine but there is an excellent wash and fold nearby for very cheap. It can get a little cool in the mornings and night so make sure you have slippers and sweaters. Erika can bring you a space heater if need be. There are little food markets around the neighbourhood if you prefer to buy locally instead of the bigger stores. Ernesto and his wife, Claudia come every week to clean inside and out and are lovely. Lastly, during rainy season you can get a bit of mildew in the back closet but just grab some mildew balls from Chedraui or walmart and they help a lot. We highly recommend it here! Thank you to Erika and her mother Ophelia for everything! They are always quick to respond if you need anything!

We loved the apartment so much that we came back two weeks after our first stay. We had an amazing time again!
