We had a wonderful stay at Judy's! Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group. Everything was spotless and the listing completely accurate. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and watching the squirrels and deer. There are plenty of restaurant options and there are many quaint towns, natural beauty, and larger cities within 1-2 hours. It is an excellent value and Judy is a very responsive host. She even let us check in a little early! The only potential negative is that there is not much sound proofing. The upstairs was rented during our stay and they were earlier risers. We could hear them getting ready in the morning while we were still trying to sleep. Also, when my husband was talking on speaker in the living room, you could hear it quite loudly in the bedrooms even though it sounded normal in the living room. This was not too big a deal for us. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We fished lake Athens, and this was an easy stay for us. The house was clean and was easily accessible even with a boat.

This was my second stay, and it was as great as the first time. Just a peaceful, relaxing stay! Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room to park a truck and boat too.

Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Only thing was I didn’t realize there isn’t a full-sized oven and since I was staying Thanksgiving weekend that caught me by surprise but there is a toaster-style oven that fit cake-sized pans so everything worked out :)
