Welcome to our handmade casita retreat space with kiva fireplace on our 3 acre apple farm, 2 miles to downtown Nevada City! You will love swimming in your own private salt-water pool with waterfall. The magical bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub and bidet High speed wifi is available. There is also a professional recording studio on the property. Use of the studio is separate and can be arranged with the owner. Enter through the gates onto the apple orchard through the front meadow, and drive to your own parking space under a tree. Enter through your private gate into a lush oasis, with your casita, private pool, and separate bath house. The casita is 25 x 20 feet, so it's small but very cozy. There are radiant heated tile floors. Inside the casita is a very comfortable queen bed with organic linens and down duvet. There's a desk and work chair, and a small fridge and sink and microwave with countertop in the room, and storage for clothes. There is no TV. The bath house is right next door, 10 feet from the casita, so you do have to go outside to enter the bathroom. There are rope lights so that you can see your way in the dark. There's a Japanese soaking tub with handheld shower, a bidet toilet, and an outdoor shower. The pool is right outside your front French doors and is a walk-in pool, so no need to climb in and out. There are lounge chairs and a private patio for your use. A complete retreat space! The main house is 200 feet from the casita but it is screened by trees and bushes so you can't really see the house.
