Back to Melbourne for two days but my mind is still with the stunning view out there. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay . We all had an unforgettable experience.

It was a terrible experience to us. It’s very difficult to find the house at night, insufficient signs, arrows and lights. Dangerous to drive back and forth the hill to find the place. We were lucky as there was a lady driving down the hill to tell us the place twice. The host is very slow to respond. 7/24 hotline is not working at all. It meant for urgent calls, but it asked you to leave a phone number for them to call back. We followed Gxxxxle map to go to a place, however we were stuck at the mud for 5 hours at Old Tuxion Road on the hill. The host helped us to publicise our issue on Fxxxxxxb for local community to help. It was fortunate someone came to tow our car out. There should be more instructions for the visitors to enjoy the stay than to protect the house. The host should attend to some details, e.g. the lights at kitchen is not working, the heater control kept dropping out which is dangerous when showering, provides some tissue boxes, shampoos.
