The host for this property is a Swiss company with a local office in Bredene. We received an appalling service. I have never had any issues with hosts in the past, but the bad service from this company ruined our holiday. We had multiple issues and they seemed quite disinterested in the stress this was causing. First of all the key collection and drop off is in another town, this should be mentioned in the description so people are aware ahead of booking. We couldn’t get out of the car park because the access card they gave us was faulty. This happened on a Sunday and no one is in the office on a Sunday so too bad for us. We missed lunch with family because of this. No apology. I also asked where the light in the en-suite was and never received a response. My son also didn’t have a pillow case so had to sleep on a stained pillow. The interaction with this company ruined our holiday.

A great appartment with lovely wievs from different sides ( city and ocean ) It was clean and spacious. It’s close to everything. At night if windows are open it can be noisy from the bars, close the windows and it’s calm. I can recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again when in Ostend.

Een toplocatie vlak aan zee, winkels, restaurants en de uitgaansbuurt, die laatste kan je wel horen snachts. De parkeerplaats is een echte plus. Ruim appartement waar we graag verbleven hebben.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet, great location to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Interhome were very good to deal with. Donna & Mike Baker New Zealand

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement, spacieux et lumineux ! Il est idéalement situé et le parking privé (gratuit) est un vrai plus. Par contre, il se situe dans une rue animée (bar/discothèque). Il y a donc quelques nuisances sonores la nuit. À savoir ! C’est une société qui gère la location. La communication est donc, parfois, un peu compliquée; mais ils font tout pour vous aider au mieux.
