Niko's place is amazing, we stayed in the preseason, end of May, and were virtually alone in the resort. The place is located right at the beach, with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea. It has, like you can see on the photos, two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and a balcony. Since the two bedrooms and the bathroom are a bit raised (a few steps) it creates a very dynamic atmosphere in the apartment. The balcony is the real winner, with a phenomenal view. The resort has its own private beach, and there is one right next to it where you can rent a parasol and sunbed. We didn't end up going anywhere else as the beach is amazing, and walks along it's length are great. Parking is very near, you have a spot reserved. A shop is a minute away by foot, and a larger supermarket 5 minute drive. Four can stay very comfortably. Niko is very responsive, answers immediately, and is full of recommendations, and tips. Check in is very easy, place was very clean, amazing experience!

We booked this apartment because we needed something suitable for a vacation with a small baby - close to a good beach, comfy inside and a terrace with a great view. It has all of these! The place is actually cozier than it looks in the pictures. It's located in a private residence of condos overlooking an azure water beach. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay. However, there were downsides. First, the check in instructions are not specific enough. You arrive at a parking lot and the rude guard speaks no English at all. It's hard to locate the apartment (no exact directions). Also, you can't park near the apartment so you need to carry your luggage up and down a steep driveway. Towles were worn out and smelled even after washing. All the pillows were worn out and uncomfortable.This and other small details made a strong impression. Also, note that the way to the beach is steep, so if you are with a baby or have mobility issues, that will be challenging or tiring.

Nice and cozy apartment just few steps away from the beatiful beach. Nikos is very friendly and helpful host. Really recommend staying here if you travel by car and prefer calm and private neighbourhood.

very nice and calm place, pleasant surroundings, well-kept gardens, close to the shop the apartment is well furnished, everything you need is there, very good contact with the host, for me the place is especially recommended for families with children

We had an amazing time! The view is fantastic, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise! We have access to the residence’s beach and a hotel restaurant near by. Also we are 10mn max driving to the restaurants. The flat is very cosy with a nice balcony, hope we can go back one day, thank you Nikos!
