3 bedroom Luxury Villa Loel is located in the traditional village of Tzamarelata, in the picturesque region of Erissos, close to Alaties and Agia Jerusalem Beaches and Maganos village. The villa is the realization of the dreams and hard work of the whole Nika family – mother and daughter created the design and decoration, whilst the father and son made the construction work by hand. The blending of modern and traditional design elements has created spacious and relaxing areas inside and out. The stone architecture reflects local construction traditions whilst the modern interior lends a luxurious dimension and was designed with your comfort in mind. This three bedroom villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in luxurious surroundings, and all rooms have a sea view. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double with en-suite, and one twin) and one double is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are light and airy with beautiful, well coordinating décor, fitted wardrobes, comfort mattresses, a desk, balconies and amazing sea views. There are three bathrooms in the property, two are on the upper floor including an en-suite, and one is on the ground floor. The villa also features an open plan fully fitted, modern kitchen with dishwasher and spacious dining area. This blends effortlessly into the living room which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffee table. Free WiFi, air conditioning and washing machine is available at the property. Outside there is a large sun terrace, with a BBQ, outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and a private infinity swimming pool. Cool down in the garden and admire the sea views and sunset – Villa Loel is beautiful, calm and very well equipped. For extra treats you can arrange for a massage or private chef at the villa. Free private parking is included, or should you need it there is a paid shuttle transfer from the airport. The villa has some metal horizontal railings, designed to offer great views both on the ground as well as on the 1st floor veranda that could be climbed by small children, so we ask for your attention.

We had a great time at the house. It’s a beautiful Villa in a great location and Erisa and her family were very attentive. The house is well equipped and easy to live in. It’s a short walk to the village and local bars and restaurants with great views. The photographs accurately show the Villa and all in an all a great place to stay.
If you are looking for beautiful , peaceful surroundings and a stunning, pristine villa, I would highly recommend!! Erisa and her family go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It was quite emotional saying goodbye to such wonderful people. The Villa is very well equipped. The pool area is stunning and very relaxing. The location is good. 10 min drive into Fiskardo ( taxis are easily available, cost €12 ). I would recommend getting a car to explore the Island as it is absolutely spectacular. 10 min walk to local supermarket and restaurants. The Villa is a complete Gem!! Definitely highly recommended. What a wonderful week we've just had at Villa Loel! A stunning villa with sea views only 5-10 minutes drive to the sea. We loved exploring the local area, visiting beaches at St Jerusalem, Alaties and Emplisi, although there were many more within a short drive to choose from. We also enjoyed a couple of evening meals in Fiskardo, which is such a pretty village/town. We also spent a lot of relaxing time at the villa, by the pool, having BBQs, and some down time in such a lovely setting. Thanks to Erisa for being helpful in advance of our stay, answering questions quickly and helpfully, and then for being so attentive when we arrived and throughout the week. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more relaxed holiday!
If you find Erisa’s place available - BOOK IT! Erisa and her family are the most incredible hosts and we had such an amazing stay at Villa Loel. So peaceful and quiet, so comfortable, such a great location - can’t be beaten.
Villa Loel is in a fantastic location and the hosts are a wonderful family with a truly amazing villa. There is nothing that could have been improved during our holiday. The village of Tzamarelata has kept its traditional architecture and charm and offers a variety beautiful beaches, services and walking trails. Within walking distance you can dine at Ranzo Ionio where they serve delicious homemade food cooked in a traditional oven.
Maganos Village is just 1.5 km away. There you can find grocery stores that offer delivery to the villa, a couple of tavernas and cafés. Beautiful Alaties and St. Jerusalem are the nearest beaches. Both have tavernas and St Jerusalem also has sunbeds. In the surrounding locale, approx. 7km, you can discover even more beautiful beaches like Dafnoudi, Foki, Kimilia and Emplisi.
Picturesque Fiskardo village, with its cafés, shops, port and cosmopolitan vibe is 7 km away. Ferries to neighbouring Lefkada leave from Fiskardo and make an ideal day trip, or you can hire a boat, dive, kayak, take a day trip…there are many activities available there. There are many easy to medium hiking trails in the area, exploring the nearby beaches, Fiskardo Basilika, some historic spots and landmarks.
Kefalonia is a big island worth exploring it from north to south, therefore we recommend you to rent a car. However, if you prefer to spend more time relaxing at the villa, taxi can always be an option.

The exterior construction is made by hand from my father as his specialty is architectural decoration and artistic craft. Also,the interior decoration has been structured by me and my mother having in mind the creation of a luxurious and comfortable villa!
