The screen in porch and the inside look like the pictures. However I was under the impression that there was supposed to be Lake access. Which across the road there was a marina. But no access from the property I thought I would be able to walk down to the lake. The screen and porch was nice but I was just looking at a parking lot and other buildings. there's nothing really close by as far as eating so you have to be prepared.
We loved our stay in the cabin! The cabin was clean and quality. We loved the porch! There is a marina nearby with a little shack, pool at the resort and a little camping area with a day use beach! A great end of summer get away.
We enjoyed our stay. The amenities included toys for the kids, which was a nice surprise for us. The area is quiet and family friendly.
We came to enjoy the lake and bike at Dogwood Canyon. This was the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed walking to the lake, walking to dinner at Ride the Wave, and a short drive to the beautiful Dogwood Canyon. It was a wonderful trip!
Beautiful place to stay. Good walk to the lake. Beautiful kutchen to cool meals in for family. Just was confsed about directions to the dock and if we were allowed to access the dock during a walk.
