This was a great place to stay for a bachelor/bachelorette/birthday weekend! There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was very convenient for going to a Cubs game and checking out the nightlife in the neighborhood
EXACTLY what we were hoping for! We had a group of 12 traveling to Boystown for a Bachelorette getaway. We rented the whole house for the weekend. First, the space was perfect. Almost every person had their own room with their own bathroom-- a BIG help when you're trying to get 12 people ready to go and out the door on time! :) Ashley was fantastic. SUPER communicative. She sent detailed information for the weekend and responded to any inquiries I had within just a few minutes to hours. Lastly, you cannot beat the location. The house is perfectly set in the middle of restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. It's very walkable. The neighbors were fantastic! They were super welcoming and friendly as well. 10/10 would book this place again. Thanks, Ashley!
We felt Ashley was always on top of things - the accommodations for our family of 16 - ranging ages from 15-81. We had plenty of seating arrangements with the useful front yard patio and beautiful surrounding floral garden and greenery. The welcoming baked goods were a tasty treat. It was all a delight- especially walking and taking in a game at Wrigley, the Architectural River Cruise, and the oh-so-good and many restaurants, visiting our granddaughter and niece. Thanks, Ashley, for opening your home to us.
Definitely a recommendation!! Ashley is very responsive and helpful with all the information you’d need related to your stay. The house is absolutely amazing if you’re planning a weekend nightlife in the area. It’s close to the train station (red line) as well if you want to explore other parts of Chicago. Overall, if you’re in looking for accommodation in Lake View/Lincoln Park area, definitely consider this place.
Ashley is a phenomenal host. Communication was clear, and she is highly responsive. The place had sufficient space for everyone, and the location was ideal. Walking distance in a great neighborhood and many restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay again.
