We had a wonderful 2 night stay and loved having what was effectively our own private spa. The location was peaceful and great for relaxation and country walks, and the cinema room was epic! Will definitely be back.

Exceptional host and the place is beautiful. If you like long country walks / or just a beautiful luxury place to stay this is for you. The hosts are very respectful of privacy but also super helpful.

The photos do not do this place justice - it is absolutely incredible. I’ve never stayed anywhere more luxurious and beautiful. To be able to swim in the pool and look out at the squirrels, the kites and the trees was like a dream. The surroundings are beautiful. We took the walk that Lucinda recommends in her guidebook and it was a lovely walk through the woods and nearby farms and just the right distance for our 9 year old. The cinema room is something else. What an absolute treat. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the woods and such a comfortable bed that it was only the promise of a swim that could get us out of it! A wonderful place and we feel very lucky to have stayed here.
