A lovely property for the five of us. We chose it since it's only 20mins away from the Waterworld and 30 mins away from Alton Towers. There are lovely amenities and restaurant surrounding the area. A lovely place and the staff are always friendly, welcoming and communication is very good. Id recommended it to a family or group of 5-7 people.

Enjoyed our stay here. 4 bedrooms was very suitable for 8 guests and a baby attending a local cheerleading competition. living room was a great space with bar stools were an excellent idea to fit 8 guests. smart TV was good too. internet seemed fine too, easy to access. the bathroom which is very nice is downstairs and has the only toilet. this was a bit of a pain for 8 guests in the morning. the parking was great for 2 cars on the drive but could have done with cutting the weeds and nettles back as a few of us got stung wearing shorts. comfy beds with plenty of towels. one room had a fan I feel in this heat all rooms would have liked one. but we got there first so we claimed it. kitchen was clean and good amenities but we prefer it when the host leaves more condiments such as sauces and essentials. there was some tea bags but not much sugar or uht milk packets. if was in the local area I would definitely stay there again. thanks

A few teething problems but overall a great stay, local to town centre, shops pubs, excellent value for money
