Got scammed, Bed was Nasty left in the middle of the night after check in. Day of check in Zach called me said he’s working it’ll be late by the time he can get it cleaned which was fine, we were driving from Chicago it’ll be late when we arrive. he told us to let him know when we are close after we said our eta was 10-11 pm. We reach out at around 10 pm to let him know we’re running late and he wasn’t responding. We got worried we won’t be able to get in. All was good after and at first glance the place looked nice peaceful surrounding. After relaxing by the water we head in around 2:30 am to start settling in and notice there’s hair dust and bugs behind furniture dust in the bedroom on the comforter and ceiling fan. The bed sheets looked very dirty and stained. Had bleach marking, hair/skin particles on It looked like they weren’t even cleaned, extra linens were dirty too. Felt uncomfortable to sleep we left to a hotel after 3 am, got charged for a dirty place didn’t even get to stay

This place is amazing....secluded, beautiful lakefront for morning views and a great firepit for cool evenings. Zach is great...he left great instructions, the place was really clean and comfortable, and the location is remote enough to feel like you've gotten away but still close enough to Big Rapids to go and get anything you need. I highly recommend this spot and would rent again in a heartbeat...Thanks Zach!
