This was a last minute booking for a bank holiday family getaway and it did not disappoint. Fantastic location, so private and peaceful, with Blackpool and its attractions for the family only a short drive away. A local pub restaurant a few minutes away which was so nice, food was fantastic. The house itself was everything we needed/wanted, spotlessly clean and felt like home straight away. The garden was great for the kids especially the hens in the garden who produced fresh eggs for breakfast. The host was fantastic, providing some great information about the house, local area and had even provided a welcome pack including some staple items and a bottle of wine. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Her instructions were detailed and made the stay just nice and seamless, no stress and just a great break all round. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

We had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Mulberry house in Blackpool and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is a true gem - spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable and luxurious, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for meal preparation. Our host was a true standout. They were incredibly accommodating, providing valuable local tips and ensuring our every need was met. Their genuine kindness and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring Blackpool, this house is a true hidden gem. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Ros' place was simply stunning and ideal for a large family to spend time together. From the minute we walked in the door we felt very welcome thanks to the thoughtful decoration and a lovely open hallway. From there we were wowed by the rest of the house as we explored it. The kitchen and sunroom are beautiful with everything you would need for every imaginable situation. The nespresso machine was a welcome addition and made for nice easy mornings in the sunroom. The outdoor areas were equally beautiful with a large extremely well kept garden to explore and hens! We enjoyed fresh eggs on our stay which were delicious! Ros was the very definition of a perfect host. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and left unexpected extras for our stay which just elevated things to the next level. Ros' attention to detail was obvious everywhere you looked! I highly recommend and if I could give more than five stars I would! My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

This was a perfect place for a family get away! We had 3 generations and we were all happy! Large house huge beautiful yard chickens! Relaxing great large rooms

Great property in a fantastic quiet location; close to Blackpool's attractions but in a peaceful countryside setting. The house was very clean with everything you needed for a self catering stay (eg cupbboard staples, cleaning products, lots of utensils etc). The house is as per the photographs - very spacious and accommoating for families. Ros responde straight away to any enquires and was very friendly and informative in her communications with us. Highly recommend this property.
