Joe’s place was great! We had a fabulous family vacation. The location is everything! Walking distance to the beach and also the village. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Outstanding home and experience. Location is phenomenal: steps away from the beach; short walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village; gorgeous neighborhood with views of the beach from the balcony. Modern and professional kitchen with plenty of prep space and all the appliances and serving items we needed. We flew into Florida and weren’t able to pack beach gear. We took full advantage of the beach wagon, umbrella, beach chairs and beach games. The back patio is professionally landscaped and a great place to have lunch while the sun hits perfectly at that time of day. The home is beautiful and spacious. Loved the walk-in closet with full length mirror and iron/ironing board. It was great to give our teen his own room with TV and bathroom. Finally, Joe is a gracious host who is communicative before and during the stay. Definitely staying here again!

Gus is our 2nd stay here. We love the place, it’s well maintained, appliances all perform as they shouod. Kitchen has eveuldrything I need to make meals. Laundrey room is well organized. Bedrooms are big, master is very large!! The pool area is very nice, big enough to lounge in and very private. The gas grill is back there as well and worked great when we used it. We will rent this place again when we come back down.
