Nice clean house near the marina!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Douglas' Airbnb, and it was truly wonderful. The location, just a stone's throw away from the lake, offered the convenience of staying at a camp site with the peace of private property. The accommodation was well prepared for our arrival, boasting clean and cozy bedrooms, as well as spacious living areas. Douglas' attention to detail was evident in nearly every aspect of the space, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the array of amenities provided. Living nearby, I pack heavily since it was no trouble, but the supplies were more than adequate for our stay. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation effortless, while the Wi-Fi and the multiple TVs with streaming sticks added a touch of convenience and entertainment.

We really enjoyed our time in Douglas’s home. It was very open and clean. He was very responsive and communication was very easy. We came from several states away and it was really nice to have a place to just relax and decompress while we visited our family. The parking area was very nice and accommodated for our family when they came to visit. The internet and Wi-Fi work really well and it was sufficient for my husband to work remotely at our location. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was huge for the kids to play. The fire pit was also used frequently by us and the kids loved having s’mores on the open fire. The pool and deck area was really nice and also had lots of chairs and table so we could all visit and enjoy being together. The pool is also a great addition although it was too cold to use it. If you come to the Rathbun Lake area, I highly recommend any of Douglas’s locations as he works hard to make the stay as relaxing and accommodating as possible. Thanks!
