I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and might as well visit the cottage myself. Sara being an amazing host was so responsive and so flexible. We really had a great time at the cottage felt like home.

This beautiful and cozy cottage was exactly what we were looking for, for our girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom, which were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were exceptionally clean, fully stocked and ready for use. We had everything we needed or wanted available. The indoor fireplace added such a warm and cozy embrace to the cottage. We loved hanging out here to talk and watch a movie. The outdoor firepit is in such a beautiful spot, the view of the lake is spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you for everything, Sara!

Sara was a wonderful host! The Dashwood cottage was perfect for our multigenerational family Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well stocked with items from spices to cookware and dishes. The large dining room table for meals and games was wonderful. Comfortable living room and beds. There are a lot of stairs to the water and a perfect bench half way down to rest. A truly beautiful location with stunning sunsets!! We are already planning our return trip and would recommend the Dashwood cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or some cozy family time.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Sara and Craig’s cottage! Beautiful views of the lake and sunset and always a breeze to keep us comfortable. Kids loved playing in the back and crashing into the waves on the lake! Cottage is close to Grand Bend for shopping and enjoying the strip. Totally relaxing and we hope to be back again! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We all appreciated the beautiful location of this well maintained cottage overlooking the lake with private beach access. We all enjoyed the fire pit area to end the day with a campfire and to admire the beautiful sunsets. The lovely spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen, barbecue and convenient laundry facilities were perfect. The kids enjoyed the bunkie, to play games and to watch TV. Sara provided excellent instructions including driving directions, where to find everything in the cottage and near by activities and restaurants etc.
