i will start with the negative experiences ive had. 1) THERE IS A 10K PESO "SECURITY BOND" OR DEPOSIT that was not disclosed until the morning of the ACTUAL reservation date. i booked in october and have been communicating a lot of times for several months up to the Christmas our booking date. i was told that they "forgot" to mention it but i highly doubt it. nonetheless they were gracious enough to lower the deposit amount to 5k. still, this should have been disclosed long before or right after booking. 2) INACCURATE SETTING OF EXPECTATIONS. the place that i booked is on the 3rd floor, i asked twice if the place would be reserved for us and if there are no other events or other reservations on that date. we are very particular with this bec of covid and bec we have kids and pets. i was assured that there was not event .. true enuf, but when we arrived they were already setting up for the event tomorrow. so we cant use sa space downstairs for some games. thats fine.. we adjusted. then, they rented the rooms on 2nd floor i think or had some family over (im not sure) so the place is no longer private ITS SEMI PRIVATE. they had loud videoke until wee hours, its Christmas so we let it go but my family hated it. then there were 2 kids (not their fault bec they are kids) that went straight to our units and inside.. my nieces were tking a bath and the kids kept peeking inside the bathrooms which mde them very uncomfortable. they also took some of their toys which we asked them to give back. nothing against the kids, but everything against the guardians and the admin of this place. i was assured that i quote, "the building" is private and exclusive to us which was a lie. we booked a private resort before this that we had to cancel bec we wr told that the place will be semi private and that on the otherside of the property their family will be celebrating xmas, we did not like that so.we cancelled. turns out, this was worse since we re staying in the same building with all the other people + the crew setting up for the party tomorrow. 3) Cleanliness is not at 100%. there were old cupckes and food in the fridge and cupboards. there was creamcheese filled with molds inside the fridge. other thaan these the rooms and other parts were good. POSITIVE. 1) Rooms are clean 2) Communication is easy, though misleading. 3) Place is nice

OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE PLACE IS BIG AND REALLY GREAT FOR GATHERINGS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Place is super beautiful, spacious, and relaxing! If you want your food delivered, it is still reachable by grab but you can also cook your own food in their kitchen. The hot tub is a must try!

The host has been so great to us. Place is super extra nice, our stay was a blast though we were looking for some of the amenities, it was very nice to work in a cozy place.

The accomodation is very cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Rain and Ma'am Helen are always available to attend to our needs. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one
