Overall, we had a good stay. The house itself is very nice and spacious, with many areas to lounge and hang out. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen updates are very nice. The location is convenient, near shopping and dining. A few unfortunate reasons to take away a star: -The bath towels smelled as if they had been sitting wet. It wasn't just one or two, but all of them. -The beds were not made on arrival, and we were expected to strip the beds on checkout. For the amount paid for this place, and when paying a cleaning fee of $250, this detail should not be overlooked. -The grass was mowed, which was great, but the clippings were not collected; we were out in the yard quite a bit with our dogs, and had some rainy weather, so it made for a bit of a mess coming into the house each time. Minor issues, but issues that add up nonetheless, especially for the price.

My extended family enjoyed our week-long NH getaway staying in Trish’s Airbnb. It is extremely private with lots of space for the kids and dog to run around, including a fun frog pond and fruit trees. We also enjoyed having a fire outside with s’mores, and relaxing in the screened-in porch. It was a great surprise to find that there was already a crib set up, with a baby bath, high chair, pack and play, etc available, making it great for families. I thought for some reason that it was a lake house with walkable beach/waterfront access, but instead you have to drive 3 miles to Weirs Beach - an easy 8 min drive/easy parking, and it has a boardwalk and train. FYI that that there’s one full bathroom upstairs but it in a bedroom, and the only other full bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen, so everyone else had to trek all the way down there to take showers. But other than that, it was a very comfortable stay for everyone (and even had a large laundry room for washing sandy towels!)

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at the farmhouse! Private and peaceful location, large property set back from the main road, plenty of space inside and out to both gather comfortably with family and find quiet corners to read and relax alone. Despite the rainy weather we used the grill and fire pit multiple times, finished a couple puzzles, and explored the lakes region nearby. Very close to grocery stores and various restaurants, and just 10-15 min short drives to Meredith/Lake Winnepesaukee and Laconia/Lake Winnesquam. Trish was very thoughtful, she went out of her way to get a baby bath for our little one ahead of our arrival. House is well equipped for a baby with a crib, travel crib, high chair, baby gates and baby bath all available for use. A comfortable space for all of us including our 14.5 year old pug. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our time at the farmhouse. The house is beautiful with lots of details and very clean. Pretty much everything we needed was onsite. Trish was extremely responsive. We definitely will go back and recommend to others. We voted and our favorite room is the sun room though the whole house is wonderful. Thank you!

Trish is a fantastic host. We rented the house for ~10days. The house matches the description but the yard is more private than can be captured in the pictures. The sprawling front yard and backyard, woods on one side and only one house visible through a tree line and blocked by the garage provides tons of privacy. I think it never took Trish more than 15 minutes to reply...typically within minutes. Very friendly. I usually initiated chats with a few questions prior to arrival. Never had a issue during our stay, but checked in with a question or two. She was also very help on checkout as well. The home itself is an older home which has been fully updated. Kitchens and baths are all new. Plenty of space in the house as well. With our 3 kids in tow, the kids found spots to set up to play and wife and I places to work when needed. We have another stay planned for next month and I can't wait to get back.
