The beautiful building of Boutique Hotel The Roosevelt is located in the middle of the historic city center of Middelburg.

For people who like to immerse themselves in culture, festivals and culinary outdoor parties. Middelburg has more than 1100 monuments and is the third monument city in the Netherlands. If you walk through the medieval Kuiperspoort, Spanjaardstraat or along the quays, you will imagine yourself in the time when Middelburg was known as the largest merchant city of the Northern Netherlands and the East Indiamen stored their valuable goods in the warehouses on the Binnenhaven.
The 38-kilometer-long beach, 7 km away, and a visit to neighborhood cities such as Domburg and Veere, make a stay in Middelburg attractive. Water sports enthusiasts and golfers also get their money's worth with the beach and 9 hole golf course within a 15 minute drive.

Parking in the city centre
There is paid parking from 8 am to 8 pm throughout the city of Middelburg, except on Sundays and public holidays.
The price for this is € 2.80 per hour. A maximum parking time limit of 2 hours also applies. You can also park in front of the hotel but be aware that it is paid parking for a limited time. This is strictly enforced and fines cost around € 60.
Valet Parking
We can offer you valet parking and your car will be parked by one of our employees in a 24-hour secured car park.
The hotel has insurance to cover for any damages. Costs are € 35 per day.

Free parking
You can also park free of charge about 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
However, this is outside the city centre at an unsecured business car park and we do not advise you to park here.
