We are a smoke free house, we are 30 minutes from Medical center, 25 minutes from First Colony Mall, 5-7 minutes from neighborhood market, 10 minutes from all restaurants & amenities! Spacious room with double bed & attached private full bathroom! It's a beautiful lakeside community, safe, clean and quiet neighborhood with all the convenience nearby! Located South/West of Houston in Sienna community. Your room with memory foam mattress that guaranteed a restful night!

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Victor is a very nice host. I’ll recommend this place to everyone who needs to stay in Houston.
Victor is one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. Easy to communicate with and just a good human. Stayed in his beautiful and peaceful home for about a year. The room was perfect for my needs, it was spacious and had its own a bathroom which was great. It was very quiet and peaceful most of the time and most roommates were very respectful regarding space and privacy in common areas. I absolutely loved taking walks in the lovely and incredibly safe neighborhood. I worked from home internet was amazing throughout the stay. Housekeeping was great and washer/dryer and full kitchen access made it definitely feel like home. Thanks again Victor!
