We had a fantastic trip and the house was set at the perfect location. Two minute walk to the beach and less then a minute to the many shops at Old Orchard Beach. Will definitely try and book again in the future.

I feel like this is a good place to stay for one night (which is what my family & I did); however, this place is extremely overpriced for what they have to offer. It was lower than my expectations. They do not have central airing & did not give specific instruction on how to turn on the AC so everyone was extremely hot in the middle of the night. As soon as we arrived there was a strong terrible cigarette Oder that was confirmed by the host but unfortunately she didn’t do anything to fix it after the fact. There was not enough towels for everyone, and the place doesn’t look as appealing as it does in the photos. The outside of the place has a lot of wear & tear; there was broken steps walking in the Airbnb and a lot of rusting paint. Then to top it off it does mention that they live by a train; however, it comes every two hours & is EXTREMELY loud. Unless you are a heavy sleeper you will not sleep through the night. It is conveniently close to the beach w/ good food choices, that’s it.

Perfect location, very roomy house! Easy walk to the beach and the train turned out to be one of the kids favorite parts of our vacation. We will be back.
