The fee to heat the pool is $100//day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $150/day if not. MAX 10 guests. Extra guests to extra charge. Any visitors must be approved in writing and must leave by 9. 30PM, no exceptions. If there are more than 8 guests without express written permission the min fine is automatically $1000, if there are more than 16 the fine is automatically a minimum of $2,000 and you will be made to leave, no refund. Max of 4 cars. You must provide the name of 4 drivers designated to 4 cars. Include make, model, and license plate of each of the 4 vehicles. No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed At this time due to temporary COVID 19 rules absolutely no outside music. Inside music cannot be heard outside.
