Location was great, walking distance to sunplaza and eatery. Staff at Lacasa was great, especially the floor manager who answered to all our needs n arrange the tickets to fanjipan collect at lacasa counter. Hope to come back again in the near future.

We boooed the familyroom with 2 latente and 3 kids. The room is very spacious but al Kottier outdated in furniture. Thé beds are good. The fist night we had a problem with tegen temperature of the shower (not hot). The staff was very helpfull and the solved the problem first thing in the morning. Realy good!!! The staff in the hotel is Very helpfull and friendly. They give you a welcome-feeling.
