The space was clean and inviting. The room above the garage was a nice surprise with bunk beds and was a great teenage spot! Overall we had a super fun New Year and we would stay again!
We just shared with another family and slept 14 very comfortably. Right on the water but there isn't beach access to the water (that's the way it is almost everwhere around the lake). There was a place to park the boat at night and then just a short tow down to the marina a few minutes away and you're in the water.

Expect for some guests to share bedrooms due to some rooms having multiple beds and others with one larger bed.
The Bear Foot Lodge is a great house for lots of people. The rooms are a great size with plenty of bathrooms! The location is close to town and not far from the Bear Lake State Park. Check-in was easy and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We have a positive experience and we would not hesitate to book with them again!
