Best Airbnb in Legazpi, complete amenities for small groups and very near to the malls and transportation. Will choose this place everytime I will go back to Legazpi ❤️

Ms Rosemarie’s place is highly recommended! We loved how clean the place is and how stores and other necessities are easily accessible (walking distance). The free gated/private parking and drinking water were also plus points. Almost everything you need in a short trip is available in her place. Overall, it was really a great deal. :)

Had a great time in R&B's. Everything was good, the place is clean and comfortable, we had a flexible check-in and the caretaker was easy to approach. You can also cook inside or store your food in the fridge whatever suits you best. What I really liked the most was the stuffed fridge, there were a lot of drinks to choose from and it really suits my taste. The only mixed feeling experience I had was, the noise coming from the outside. If you're a light sleeper then maybe it's not for you. Good for us we can sleep whenever. However, it's already expected since the unit is located near the road. All in all, we had a great time in this place. Definitely will recommend it to some peers, and we'll be back again soon. It was my first time staying in Ms. Rosemarie’s place/R&B Transient House and I love everything her place got to offer. 1. Comfy & Clean bed,pillows and blanket. *I super love that the room already has 4 pillows for 2 guests. 2. Fast wifi connectivity and TV with netflix access. 3. Spotless bathroom with clean towels. 4. Cold AC. 5. Peaceful and secured surroundings. 6. Chips/snacks and drinks are readily available inside the unit at a very reasonable price. *You’ll be surprised when you open the fridge with different drinks you can choose from. 7. Hot&Cold water dispenser is available inside the room. 8. Place is easy to find and very near SM. 9. Parking area is not a problem at all. There’s actually a lot more positive things I can think of. Hehehe. Thank you Ms. Rosemarie and Ms. Cristina for accommodating us. We will definitely book your place again for our future visits.
