wir waren eine woche hier und es war grossartig! so eine ruhige, private terrasse hatten wir noch nie. die wohnung ist glücklicherweise so gelegen, dass viel schatten da ist, so wirds nicht zu heiss. alles in der wohnung ist super sauber, modern und gepflegt. die besitzer sind wahre gastgeber, die einem immer antworten und tolle tipps dalassen (wir hatten fast unser ganzes wochenprogramm daran ausgerichtet 😍). uuuund: es gibt eine automatische orangensaftpresse 🤩, perfekt für mallorca!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes AirBnB mit perfekter Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Begrüßung mit Wein und Konfekt war sehr nett. Check in mittels Schlüsselbox problemlos und Parkplätze an der Straße ebenfalls. Der Weg zum Zentrum für uns kein Problem. Wanderungen konnten vom Appartement gestartet werden, der Bus Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Denne lejlighed er meget skønt indrettet. Der er tænkt over hver detalje. Ingen rod. Lækker nordisk stil. Både varmt og minimalistisk på en gang. Nyt og meget rent. Smuk udsigt. Vi vil gerne bo der igen.

A really lovely apartment only a short walk from the port. The apartment is just as pictured and we were very comfortable there. The balcony is fantastic to sit out on and enjoy some sunshine after a day of hiking. And all the amenities were great. Both Niko & Thanis were both extremely helpful / responsive and check in was really easy. We had a car and didn’t have an issue parking, although found parking on the street below much quieter. The only thing to note is that you can definitely hear the neighbours, however, in general it was very quiet and this didn’t bother us / we had no issues sleeping at night. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Niko's studio has very beautiful terrace with magnificent view. You can walk trough the garden into the nearby park and further, straight into the heart of the city, where the beach and restaurants are. Very peaceful location and yet very easy to reach the rest of the town. Parking is only on the street so thats a lot of work, especially if you are expecting designated parking area. It is very crowded narrow street so if you are not used to driving in Spain or other destinations with hills and narrow streets you need to adjust your expectations in order not to be stressed later on when you will have to carry your suitcases.
