I couldn’t recommend Majdi’s place enough if you are staying in Muscat! Right in the heart of Al Mouj you have everything you need from restaurants to activities right at your feet as well as a private and peaceful feel to your stay. Majdi was a great host with awesome communication. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Muscat.

Majdi is a fantastic host and his apartment is in a perfect location. It is very comfortable and has an amazing balcony.

This is a great place in a very convenient location. Close access to a great beach, grocery store across the street and surrounded by restaurants. At night on the weekends especially, there is a lot going on around the apartment. Very close to the airport and a great hub to access everything around Muscat. Majdi is a really friendly host who was helpful both when we arrived and departed in the middle of the night. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Majdi is a kind, considerate and responsive host and has set up a very comfortable apartment. Great place to stay in Muscat for those needing more than a hotel room. With a supermarket, shops and restaurants nearby, the location is hard to beat and the pool is wonderful to cool off in. Stay and enjoy!
