I was excited to have a place close to my house for my daughter and her family. when I arrived the air vent was filled with dust, so I cleaned it immediately, assuming it was just missed by the crew.. but we discovered that their cleaning crew did a decent job on the counters and surfaces but that was it. we found cobwebs all over, caked on dust in many corners, and ... what looks like mold in the bathroom. my daughter and husband cleaned some of it themselves but it should never be offered in this shape. I sent multiple photos to the owner, showing him what an inadequate job his cleaning crew had done, and mentioned (but didn't demand) that I thought t would be fair to refund us the $120 cleaning fee since it was clear the job wasn't done in a professional manner. after being incredibly responsive about other things, he never responded to the photos. no apology. no explanation. and I reached out several times.

Dong Hyun’s photos matched the place great! Gave us great expectation. The only thing I can give as feedback is that the flooring could use some fixing as it creaks a lot. But overall, my family enjoyed our stay and it is so close to a lot of sight seeing / touristy places! Thank you Dong Hyun!

Older home but clean. Plenty of space for a family although it could use a bit more seating. Neighborhood has street parking but it was awesome to have 1 private parking spot in the back.
