Yolanda's place was amazing, a short 3-minute walk from the beach. Had everything we needed including a/c, comfy beds, refrigerator, stove, and cooking supplies. When we checked in, there was a small confusion of our arrival to the person who takes care of the property, but Yolanda was responsive and we simply headed back to the beach some more while we gave them 30 mins to finalize everything. So i highly recommend arrive with bathing suit ready, luckily we only backed packed so we didn't mind. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to Yolanda's property when we visit Hotbox again, it was also a short 5 minute walk to our favorite pizza spot "la cabañe". Centro was about 15-20 minute walk or a short golf cart taxi ride. Since the property is on a "Main Street" we had zero issues getting a taxi when we needed one as they passed through there every couple minutes.

The house was great, very close to the beach, Alberto was very friendly. We had most of what we needed, but be sure to bring drinking water with you.

The pros of Yolanda’s place was location and it matched the photos. She was also responsive when we needed extra towels. However having stayed at an Airbnb in Holbox before I don’t know how likely I would be to book here again, the kitchen was dirty when we got there and one of us just gave it wash so no big deal but kind annoying when you initially arrive. The AC in the living room also didn’t work the entirety of our stay. They are also very strict about AC usage so if you are someone who likes to leave it on this may not be the place for you since Alberto is ordered to go and turn it off if he notices it on and you are gone. Overall if you are looking for somewhere to sleep when you are out exploring Holbox then this is the place for you but if you are looking for luxury you may have better luck booking elsewhere.

Nos agrado mucho la casa de Yolanda, muy grande y serca de la playa. Una zona muy tranquila y nos apoyaron con información para poder rentar un carrito de golf . muy atentos y amables.

La casa es tal cual como en las fotos. A una cuadra de una playa preciosa y cerca a muy buenos restaurantes.
