If this place is available BOOK IT. Absolutely unbelievable views. Quiet, serene and relaxing. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. The sunrise from the balcony is beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature. The condo itself was stunning. Had all amenities that you would need for a day out and a night in. Clean and cozy. Already in the process of planning our next trip, and we for sure will be booking here again. The perfect slice of Hawaiian heaven.

131 Lanikai is the best unit in the best building on this stretch of the beach. Great location, extremely well appointed, perfect for a large family or two small families, with the two master suites and dual king beds. Walking distance to enough to make it convenient, well located for a drive into Lihue for your Costco/Walmart run, and not far from the north shore quaintness of Kilauea, Princeville, and Hanalei. The heated pool was a fantastic addition and was one of the key deciding factors for us, as our 7 year old is a very picky swimmer. A couple highlights are Passion Bakery and they’re fantastic malasadas on Tue/Thurs/Sun, and Lydgate Beach Park with their well protected ocean pools. The east side of Kauai can be a bit gnarly with currents and waves and this park’s protected pools are perfect for a relaxing day at the beach without getting beat up. Bonus points for the facilities and playground there too. All in all, 131 is probably the only place I’d consider staying again on the east side of Kauai. Book it, you won’t regret it.
Perfect accommodation!! This home is so relaxing and everything that screams Hawaii. Snorkelling out your back door, exercise equipment at the ready, shops just minutes walking distance, quiet, nice breezeways throughout, everything is available that you could possibly need- you want for nothing in a home. This is by far the best we’ve stayed in for a while as far as offerings go and will definitely rebook.
