Fantastic, relaxing weekend. Very Clean, cool, and surroundings are peaceful. Definitely will be back. Only suggestion..description should mention that lake access is down steep hill. Boat Access easy in/out!!! Thanks again!!

This is not our first Airbnb… this place was an eyesore, very disappointing when we first pulled up… my husband and I had to clean the patio(but it was in such poor shape we gave up) and inside the house because of all the spiderwebs bugs, dirty windows inside and out! This is completely unacceptable!! The whole house needs a good scrubbing….. like I said, this is not our first Airbnb, and I’ve never seen anything so dirty!

This lake house was perfectly located, short walk down a slightly steep hill. The dock was well maintained and easily accessible. The setup of the house was great for our family of four. There was a mechanical issue with the AC when we checked in, but the owner and maintenance guy were quick to respond when I texted them. They came out to the house and brought window AC units which worked great for us.

Absolutely beautiful place! Lovely views, quiet neighborhood. House was easy to find and was quite cozy. Only thing i would add is a little more description to the walk down the hill to get to lake/dock was a bit steep so not handycap friendly. However, the lake was awesome! Instructions and house manual were very descriptive and easy to understand. Expectations were clear and reasonable. They also included some local listings for boat rentals, close by resturants, other things to do. Etc. Really a great place to stay, within reasonable driving distance of Bolivar, Springfield, and a little over an hour and a half from Branson.
