Chris & Allison's place was perfect for my visit! The purpose of my trip was a mixture of visiting family who lived nearby, while also working. They have a nice little work desk that worked well for me. The location across from a park and among a beautiful quiet neighborhood was perfect for taking breaks for a nice walk in the Denver sunshine. I loved how it was so clean and organized! It's decorated and furnished stylishly, but not overdone. I loved it! The kitchen was stocked just enough for my purposes since I was mostly eating out or at my local family's place. As a Mom, I personally loved that I could hear the kids and dog above once in a great while but not too much. It was reassuring I wasn't alone in this beautiful home! When I come back to the area, I definitely will stay again, and will recommend it to other family members visiting Denver!

We enjoyed our time at Chris & Allison's place. It kept us warm and cozy during a big snow storm. Both Chris and Allison were very helpful - communicated clearly, gave us a heads up about getting supplies before the storm hit, helping to clear our car of snow, keeping paths and walkways clear - they were great! The space fit our needs for 4 of us - we were in town for a family wedding. We took walks to local coffee houses and enjoyed walking through the university on the way. We would gladly stay again, a very inviting and comfortable spot.
