I have never stayed at a more spotlessly clean Air BNB, everything in the house was perfect. The units are extremely well placed in Napier to access the town by foot, without feeling like you are in a busy area. From the outside the entrance is quite tired, but the concerns are lost the moment you start climbing the stairs to the units and you are blown away once the doors are opened. Having passcode entry throughout was also a real bonus. Parking isn't perfect. There is cheap on street parking just outside, but this is limited to 2 hours maximum during the day. Though a minutes walk there is all day street parking for $10. There is one complimentary parking spot that comes with the unit in a car park less than 5 minutes away, but the parking is a little secluded. The host was excellent.

The stay overall was amazing, the photos really don’t do the place justice, it was a beautiful apartment that looked good in photos and even better in person. Carol was really quick to give assistance when required. There was a slight hiccup with the cleaners not providing sufficient bath towels, but overall, worth the money!

Our group of 10 (5 couples) loved staying at the 2 adjoining Parker's apartments. What light, airy, roomy areas; ideal for a large group. While there were 2 kitchens, we congregated in one apartment that had fabulous living and dining areas. We were right next to lots of fabulous dining places, one block from the beach - right opposite where the sun rises and 5 minutes walk from the bike hire place. We enjoyed making the most of the Hawkes Bay cycle trails. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful place with a perfect location. Walkable to all of downtown Napier. Spacious and really well maintained.
