This is my second time staying at a property owned by this host. Chad was very responsive and helpful when I wanted to book with him again. Both times my experiences have been wonderful; spotless, tranquil, and cozy homes that are not too far away from eateries. Highly recommend any of this hosts homes in Bristol.

By far the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Great peaceful location close enough to everything. I would definitely recommend Chad’s place!

The beds were comfy, and the home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I expected the couch to recline as pictured in the descriptive photos of your profile, but you said a previous guest had recently damaged it. Everything else was satisfactory. The home was close to downtown and easy access to the other locations we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay.
