Il Cedro别墅共有三层： -一楼分为宽敞的开放式环境，包括带户外照明的走廊和主入口、两间客房、一间配备3张沙发、2张扶手椅、书桌、电视起式角落，厨房配备烤箱洗碗机和微波炉。还有一间双人卧室和一间带储藏室的卫生间。 -步行几步即可抵达一楼，包括走廊、两间大双人卧室和一间适合居住…… ...卫生间。 -二楼由一间非常大的双人卧室组成，带书房，可欣赏花园和海景，适合居住的浴室和露台，可欣赏海景。 = =房源= = 伊尔塞德罗别墅（ Villa Il Cedro ）位于马西亚纳码头（ Marciana Marina ）几年前全面翻修，宽敞明亮。周围环绕着一个大型花园，花园内种植着庭院区域（完全围栏，面积约*平方米），与周围的建筑物隔开，因此在Marciana Marina镇的中心地带，享有良好的隐私。室外区域配有夜间照明，分为带椅子、长凳、桌子和桌上足球的凉亭的庭院。它还配备了外部淋浴间（仅限冷水）、饮用喷泉、烧烤架和配备椅子和遮阳伞的8/10人户外餐桌。最后，别墅入口处的大花园中心还有一张桌子、椅子和吊床。所有客房均配有空调，所有卫生间均配有淋浴间和坐浴盆。景点： Marciana Marina是厄尔巴岛的瑰宝之一。在夏季的几个月里，它在主广场和海滨举办许多活动，晚上会有当地工艺品的特色摊位。这里到处都是商店和优质餐厅，提供所有必要的服务。步行即可抵达3个设备齐全的辉煌海滩，其中一个是沙滩，还有一个石头，步行即可抵达（沙滩1个2分钟，另外两个5分钟）。从Piombino/Livorno到Portoferraio可以乘坐渡轮或水翼船到达该镇，然后乘坐汽车或从Portoferraio乘坐岛上的巴士服务（ 20/30分钟），否则从Marina di Campo机场乘飞机5分钟即可到达。5公里，乌鸦从Marciana Marina起飞（ 15分钟车程）。这里也是游览其他岛屿地点的绝佳地点，如建议的中世纪城镇Poggio和Marciana Alta ，距离别墅10分钟车程，如果需要，可以徒步旅行或骑山地自行车抵达。

This Villa is beautiful and perfect for our few days in Elba. So central in the town and easy to walk down to the beach, to restaurants and shops. The house is comfortable and clean and had all we required. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!!

Die Villa Il Cedro in Marciana Marina ist ein sehr grosses und grosszüges Haus. Wir waren 7 Personen und alle haben genügend Platz und Ihren privaten Bereich gefunden. Die Küche ist sehr gross, prima eingerichtet und direkt draussen gibt es einen herrlichen Sitzplatz mit Grill. Auch der Tischtennis Tisch ist vorhanden, leider auf der anderen Hausseite. Der Garten ist grosszügig und es hat viele schöne Pfanzen und Bäume. Die Lage der Villa ist super; zum kleinen aber sehr schönen Strand von Marciana sind es nur wenige Meter und das Dörfchen bietet eine schöne und am Abend belebte Prommenade mit schönen Geschäften und feinen Restaurants. Einkäufe können gut beim Bäcker, Metzger, beim Fischer oder eben doch beim Discounter ums Eck gemacht werden, alles sehr praktisch nahe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Il Cedro in Marciana Marina verbracht, gerne wieder, mille grazie!

We loved the house, the town, the location. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. The home is full of art, well designed, beautiful outdoors and walkable to many beaches, town square, shops, restaurants etc. We didn’t want to leave!
