Tony & Blanca are excellent hosts. They were extremely accommodating and very responsive. They were so helpful in answering any questions we had and providing any and all information we needed. They are very knowledgeable of the area and surroundings. This property was so welcoming and clean. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. It really felt like home. The area is very safe and secure with many pools around the property to use. It's a great area with everything you need within walking distance such as groceries, pharmacy, and lots of other shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle on weekends to take you to the beach or mall downtown. It is also very easy and affordable to Uber around. It is approx 15 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Punta Cana Village or the airport. We love this property and the hosts. It was a wonderful stay and overall experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed here for several months. It had everything you need for a long stay. Good wifi, the area has security so you can walk around anytime and feel safe. The local stores offer delivery, you can get your water and other things for a good price. I was alone for part of the trip including during hurricane Fiona. I felt safe and like someone had my back with Blanca and Miguel. Any issues that came up were promptly addressed. During my stay there was ongoing construction at one point. Nothing anyone can do about it. The complex is expanding and it’s definitely going to look even better. The electricity and water were consistent. Hot water all the time I would definitely recommend you book with Blanca, she’s an amazing host and provides all the information you need. There’s a shuttle to and from the beach Friday- Sunday which is fantastic. I will book again with Blanca. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. Thanks Blanca and Miguel for all your help.

Been reserving at Blanca place for over a year and a half while my home was being built. Her place has been a home away from home over 25 visits. She has been fast to resolve issues and always followed up asap if I had any questions. I hope to be able to emulate her when I start my AIRBNB business..
