There was a group of 8 of us who stayed- we got there easily with the instructions given to us and once there we felt right at home, it’s views from both the balcony and the garden is absolutely stunning, we stayed for 4 days and used the kitchen every day, the host, Ioanna was extremely helpful and helped with every query we had even to getting the bus and other issues we had getting back to the airport, the location was absolutely stunning and easy to get to once you knew you where you were going, ioanna recommended where to get food and helped us find a supermarket, it is exactly as it shows on the image and we couldn’t have asked for anymore- stunning!

The apartment is located outside of the center of Porto Germeno. You have to walk (or drive) quite steep hills to reach the spot. But is is worth it as the view over the bay is amazing :-). We didn't meet Ioanna as she was not there during our stay, but we communicated over the chat/sms and she was always very responsive and helpful. It is worth to follow her recommendations for attractions in and around Porto Germeno!

Ioanna’s place was fantastic. It’s just far enough up the hill to feel quiet and private but not secluded. Plenty of beds to bring many friends. A nice living room with comfy couches - if anything, the interior is understated in the pictures! Also, well worth the money.

We booked Ioanna's place for 4 people and 8 nights and had an amazing time. The place offers all facilities you might need, even for extended stays. A smaller supermarket and beautiful beach are in walkable distance. Ioanna was very helpful and even researched a hiking trail we wanted to do when we asked her about it. She was always very quick with her replies, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back in the future.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.
