The neighbors were most inconsiderate - constantly blasting the TV all day and sometimes till midnight. I requested that they be quieter but it did no good. I had to sleep with noise canceling earphones. You need to have the management speak to them otherwise the unit is not desirable.

The room was really nice, but there is no AC. It was very hot during the month of July and without AC it was pretty uncomfortable. The light in the unit would also turn on and off on its own and we had to have maintenance come look at the light. During our week long stay the issue was never resolved. We also had to attend a sales pitch on the timeshare aspect of the property which took about 2 and 1/2 hours to complete (I don’t know if this is the norm, or if it just happened to us). Our neighbors were very loud and slamming doors at all hours of the night, which woke our baby up repeatedly. This would be a good spot for couples or single people without kids. The pools are nice and the shuttle service is very convenient.

It’s a hidden gem. Super close to the NV side of Heavenly. The host Michael was quick and clear with his communication.

Comfortable unit for two in the Tahoe mountains! Near lots of ski condos and a short, scenic drive to the lake. Loved the comfy bed and the convenience of a mini-fridge and available parking right out front. Important to note that there is a separate, main building with a socially-distanced check-in process; there will not be anyone at the actual condo's address/building to greet you. I was not informed of this in advance and was pretty confused, but Michael responded quickly to clarify. Overall, a good value!
