The property features a 16’ by 32’ swimming pool with sweeping views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. The Condos have a stunning secluded setting with natural, awe-inspiring, surroundings. This property is elevated in position above one of the island's most beautiful but, secluded beaches, Sunsi Beach. Homeowners live on property. The balcony also overlooks the swimming pool and deck area where you can enjoy a refreshing breeze while overlooking the panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Whether you are enjoying the views from your private balcony or sipping on a refreshing drink from the pool deck area below, you can take advantage of the peace and quiet to read a book. But, rest assure, the gorgeous and award-winning views that lay before you will be a constant distraction. It’s like being hypnotized by the view, it always leaves you yearning for more. Each condo is warm and welcoming with a cozy “home like” ambience that relaxes and soothes while giving you plenty of room to enjoy your freedom, intimacy and privacy.

I surprised my husband for his birthday! Upon arrival we were greeted by our host Mr Shoy at the airport. When we arrive to their home we met Mrs. Jackie and all I can say is wow, what a wonderful family. When we entered their home there was a gift bag, a cake, cookies, cupcakes and a birthday card for my husband. The pictures don’t do their home any justice. The view was absolutely beautiful, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and smell very nice. All the information we needed was right at our fingertips. If you ever visit St.Thomas make sure you go to Rendezvous on the waterfront and it’s a must you visit St. John to go to Trunk Cay Beach. We are definitely going back and will book with Mr. Shoy and Mrs. Jackie.
The nicest place we've stayed through this service. Great hostess, beautiful location. rent a jeep instead of a car since the road is a bit rough getting there
What a view! We enjoyed just sitting on the patio and watching the sunrise in the morning. Ms. Jackie was a fantastic host who was always available for questions and provided many valuable recommendations. It's a little tricky getting to the place for us Americans but it's worth it!
Spent my 25th birthday at this beautiful villa! It was the best birthday experience I have ever had. She surprised me with cupcakes (HOMEMADE), barbie gift bag, champagne, played Barbie song. I couldn’t believe it! There absolutely no complaints. The only thing I would keep in mind is if you are not friendly, there are others tenants on property. Everyone was extremely helpful, fun, and full of good energy. It absolutely enhanced my experience. Also, I prebooked driver service. Glad I did, it was difficult to get a last minute cab. Look no further this place is amazing! Perfect for relaxation. If you are a party goer like me, have transportation!
I definitely recommend staying here ! Host was AMAZING. Very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. Any question I had, she answered. I spent my birthday weekend here and she made it very special for me. Cant wait to come back and visit!

The tranquil ambience of this condo welcome visitors and is perfect for a couple’s getaway, winter retreats, short-term rentals and long weekend trips throughout the year. This property features kaleidoscopic sunrises and the most gorgeous ever-changing turquoise seas that are occasionally dotted with speed boats, yachts and sail boats.
From The Condos, several of St. Thomas’ beautiful white sand beaches, exciting night spots and excellent fine dining options are just a few minutes away, all within 10 minutes. The parking area is on the street level which would mean you having to negotiate stairs but, your vehicle will be parked off-road in a secure car port. You can pull up on the same level outside of the front door of the condo however, making it very easy to transfer groceries or off load/load up luggage without the hassle of the stairs.
We are happy to arrange taxi or limo service during stay. Renting a vehicle will give you the best experience St. Thomas has to offer.
