Gustav é um anfitrião muito atencioso e profissional, nos respondeu e atendeu prontamente todas as dúvidas. O apartamento é confortável, aconchegante e bem equipado tal qual as fotos e descrição; em uma ótima localização, perto de acessos a transporte público e comércios. Com um certeza uma ótima escolha para se hospedar em Barcelona!!

The apartment is not in perfect condition, but still is a good place to stay. It has everything you need to live for any amount of time, good internet, good appliances. The host is very nice and friendly, always ready to help or explain anything. I am very satisfied with the stay.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, well located and Gustav is a good host: always responsive to any request or issue. However I think the flat is a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall the flat needs a facelift - the walls need to be repainted and the furniture is cheap (although functional). The sheets and towels are also poor quality. I get there the place is an Airbnb but for longer stays, guests would prefer some higher quality furnishings and linens. In addition, I had repeated problems with the sink and the refrigerator. Gustav was responsive and helpful but these items need to be fixed for future guests not to have to deal with.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a little over a month and had an amazing experience! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. The apartment was extremely clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The apartment is quiet, safe, and we really love the neighborhood of Gracia and the close access to the metro to easily get anywhere else in the city. Gustav was a fantastic host - responsive, kind, and generous. We would 100% stay here again and absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you very much Gustav!!
