I stayed 9 months at Cory’s place and couldn’t have chosen a better place. Host was very responsive to all my questions and place was just as described. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place all around, super clean and has everything you need. Also down the hall from the laundry room which was super convenient. I was originally worried about the street parking and close proximity to the police station. Never had any issues finding parking, even with a large truck. The police station was quiet, I thought it would be loud with sirens. The only downside is at times it can get a bit loud with the hardwood floors as people move around, it’s an old charming building so it was expected. Most people wrapped things up at a decent time.

Thanks Corey for your great space! We chose this place because my wife was working in uptown, and it made things really convenient for her to be able to walk to work. We stayed here for 190 days, so I had more communication with the hosts than someone who would do a shorter stay, and they were great. They always responded in a timely manner to any questions I had and were very helpful. We would stay here again anytime. Thanks!

Corey was always reachable when needed (which wasn’t often) and the apartment is exactly as advertised. Wonderful location, very clean. There were so many small touches that made this place feel like home, 10/10 would stay here again and have already recommended it to others.
